India March 11th, 2018!
Applications Begin Dec 1st- Due Dec 31st!
A group of 12 students, chosen after due submission of the travel form, will be traveling to India March 11th, 2018!
Nikon has donated a camera for each of the students to use as they explore the beautiful country and culture. On this trip students will have the opportunity to visit with a Forestry school, elephant research scientists, and mahout villages. Nothing can prepare them for the most amazing experiences to come.
The application process opening on December 1, 2017 will be available for 1 month. Though the time available for preparation is short, CLIC Abroad based on its experience and expertise is well equipped to complete the itinerary as scheduled. They have extensive ground logistics network that will make the trip seamless and one that will help put the traveling group at ease.
Each of the students selected will have different major and interest, yet they possess similar visions. They will be given reading material and encouraged to get a deeper understanding of India through many different mediums. All of that will be provided through extensive email blasts. These activities include watching Indian movies, eating Indian food, and discussing different aspects of the cultures that they will encounter there.
Everyone is so excited to be able to have the experience of a lifetime through this wonderful organization. The students attending the trip would have never had these opportunities if it weren’t for the hard work of D.K. Bhaskar and Dr. Tom Grant.
